The Mobile Banking Services are offered only to Jila Sahakari Bank Maryadit, Jagdalpur’s Customers.
This privacy policy is applicable to all the mobile banking users and all others who access our mobile banking application.
We may gather mobile banking user’s personal information viz. User’s Name, Address, Mobile Number, Email Address, Card Details, Location of Mobile Data etc., which we may verify user’s identity, to contact the user for providing various facilities which could be made available to users through the use of mobile banking application and services, your payment history, history of transactions in which user is participating through our mobile banking application.
We may gather data about your mobile device viz. device settings, device identifiers, device location data, and diagnostic data that may assist with analysis and performance improvements
of mobile application and to provide user better facilities and experience. Users may be asked to grant different permissions if required for the services requested of the mobile application. Interactions with mobile banking application and data entered by users will be used to provide users the receipt of services.
We will not share, sell or rent mobile banking user’s data to third parties.
User’s data gathered through the usage of mobile banking application is collected, processed and stored in India where the Bank has professional fortifications to help keep the data protected as we value users privacy and trust.
Users in any circumstance shall not share mobile banking credentials with anyone otherwise in case of disputes and frauds the user will solely be responsible.
Users shall choose their password wisely so as to make it difficult to guess.
Users shall use combination of alphabets (small and capital), numbers, special characters for example # % ^ & * etc to make passwords complex and difficult to guess.
Users shall change their MPIN, TPIN regularly.
Users shall Install only trusted mobile security software to protect personal and sensitive personal information.
Users shall review their account statements frequently to check for any unauthorized transactions.
Users shall immediately report a lost or stolen phone to the Bank and law enforcement authorities
Users shall be cautious while entering their credentials in public places.
Users shall not use unsecured or unverified Wi-Fi networks available at public places
Users shall not use ‘jailbroken’ or ‘rooted’ devices for any banking service or transaction
Users shall not download remote sharing apps.
Users shall not enter PINs/ OTPs or share bank account details asked on the pretext of sending some rewards.
Users shall not transfer funds without due validation of the recipient, as funds once transferred cannot be reversed.
Users shall be aware of phishing emails, SMS, or any other communications and shall not open any link or download any file from those media.
Bank may update the Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, the mobile banking application users are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
